The olives in this blend were hand-picked by the family, from a Hufendorfen, a German settlement in the Barossa, which had blocks with kitchen gardens, orchards, vineyards and cereal fields behind the houses.
This Kitchen Garden extra virgin olive oil is perfect for frying delicious hand-cut chips, cooking on the barbeque, marinating vegetables or dressing a salad.
Tathra Homestead oil is not filtered, so don't be alarmed if the oil is a little cloudy.
