The olives in this blend were hand-picked by the family, from a hill top grove with amazing panoramic views.
This oil is fruity with classic flavour and can be used for salad dressings, barbecuing, roasting, baking muffins or simply enjoying withbread and Tathra Homestead dukkah.
Tathra Homestead oil is not filtered, so don't be alarmed if the oil is a little cloudy.
