SHIPPING
We use Australia Post parcel post with tracking for most shipping. We package orders in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap, to ensure safe arrival. When we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can track its progress at www.auspost.com.au/track.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Shipping cost is calculated on Parcel Post costings, depending on weight and delivery location. This is calculated at the checkout.
Free shipping will be applied for orders over $150.
Shipping applies only to one shipping address. If you wish to send gifts to multiple addresses you will need to complete separate order transactions for each address to which you want to send, and freight will be payable on each separate send. We can include a personalised card with your gift. At the checkout, please send a note to us with the details you wish to have on the card.
Please note that for gifts to arrive in time for Christmas, we suggest purchasing by Sunday, 8 December 2019. We will then send on Monday, 9 December 2019 at the latest.
Tathra Homestead will not be responsible for misplaced or stolen orders left at your premises. Tathra Homestead cannot be held liable for any damage or charges whatsoever caused by third parties. This includes loss, delays and damages. We advise providing allowances for any unexpected delivery delays when ordering, especially around Christmas due to Australia Post cutoff times.
LOCAL PICK-UP OR DELIVERY
If you live in Barossa and surrounding districts, you may wish to pick-up your order from the Barossa Farmers Market or arrange another suitable pick-up or delivery point with us. If so, please contact us on office@tathrahomestead.com.au and we are happy to make arrangements.
